About Carolyn McCormick

Carolyn McCormick is an experienced human resources professional who specializes in designing and implementing innovative human resource programs in a variety of environments. Carolyn founded Peak HR Consulting in 2002 to bring expertise to for profit and not for profit organizations in matters relating to people, their productivity, and their development. Prior to establishing her own consulting enterprise, Carolyn provided human resource leadership to Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) for 20 years, working domestically and internationally in the development of HR strategies, the implementation of specific and comprehensive processes, and the communication of initiatives and goals. Carolyn has had responsibility for global programs and regional operations including the human resource activities supporting 5000 staff members in western Europe.

With Peak HR Consulting, Carolyn has worked with clients to hire key executives, conduct employee surveys, develop mentoring programs, design organization structures, and implement staff evaluation and measurement systems. Peak HR Consulting is very focused on achieving specific, measurable results. Carolyn has an undergraduate degree in English and history from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Masters of Science degree in information science from Columbia University, New York.
